Booking Process: Consultations can be booked online through our website. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete. Consultation Fees: A fee is charged for the initial consultation. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Fees must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact our office directly. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee. No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged the full consultation fee. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 5-7 business days. If Go Get Hired Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
